- Beyond the Blind Institute: Brings golf to those with visual impairments throughout Palm Beach County. From 2013-2015 this program provided individuals with an opportunity to learn the game of golf twice a month; pairing a sight-impaired player with a “sighted buddy.”
Why I Teach: The first reason I love to teach is the relationships with people — getting connected with them and making a difference in their lives. The second reason is to help them understand a golf swing that can get really confusing at time and make it fun again. The third is being able to see the joy in their eyes and faces when they hit great golf shots!
