I love this “Airplane Drill” because it helps you make a full shoulder turn and feel the rotation of both the upper and lower body both in the backswing and through impact to your finish.
Tip into your posture by pushing your hips back and bringing your chest towards the ground, creating your spine angle. Maintaining your spine angle throughout the swing starts with a balanced, athletic set up. Keep your weight forward, on your shoelaces with your knees slightly bent.
