Hampton Club The 18-hole Hampton Club, located on the historical Hampton Plantation on St. Simons Island, literally hopscotches several marshes, connected by a series of cart bridges that look as if they serve as anchors to make sure the holes don’t drift away into sea. The course looks challenging, but it’s more fun than it is demanding. It’s also a must-play for nature-loving golfers.
