The new Adams IDEA Pro is a popular one, having been used by several of the best players in the world. The reason? No offset, a low CG and high MOI, an adjustable weight and a hot Aldila VS graphite shaft. As for the actual performance, the IDEA Pro delivers shots that fly high with adequate spin to ensure a soft landing. It’s not a game-improvement player’s hybrid; rather, this is the kind of club better players will opt for as a long iron replacement. 
Bridgestone is one of few companies that first dedicated itself to better players, only to then later accommodate a wider range of skill sets. The new GC Hybrid uses some of the same technology found in the GC irons, by removing weight from the center of the clubhead and moving it to the periphery via Gravity Weight Pads. This weight scheme makes the GC Hybrids remarkably forgiving, especially from tight lies or from the rough—two places where added MOI helps prevent twisting.
